Sandra Ann Meyers, 59 of Wood, SD passed away on Tuesday, March 5 ^th , 2019 at the Winner Regional Hospital in Winner, SD after a long battle with cancer.  Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 8 ^th , 2019 at 2:00PM at the First Christian Church in Winner.  Burial will follow in the Winner City Cemetery.  A visitation will be held on Thursday March 7, 2019 from 6-7 with a prayer service beginning at 7.

Sandra was born on May 18, 1959 in Winner, SD to Jay and Darlene (Lookabill) Pearsall.  Sandra grew up on a farm in Wood, SD.

Sandra graduated from Wood High School on May 18 ^th , 1977 which she never let anyone forget it was her 18 ^th birthday.  She then went to Spearfish College for one year for business school.  She then went out to Denver, Colorado to florist school.

She worked for Flowers & Things in Winner, JD Liquor of Winner and later on the family farm in Wood.

Sandra met Orville Meyers and married on June 27 ^th , 1986.  Two children were born, daughter Elizabeth Ann (1985) and son Dan Lee (1989).

She was a member of the United Church of Christ in Wood, SD.

Sandra loved her grandbabies Riley & Tessa!

Sandra is survived by her spouse Orville Meyers, Wood, SD, daughter Elizabeth (Todd) Bachmann, Winner, son Dan Meyers, Wood, two grandchildren Riley & Tessa Bachmann, Winner, mother Darlene Pearsall, Wood, sister Donna Andresen, Grand Island, NE, sister-in-law Arla Pearsall, Winner, mother-in-law Ora Meyers, Winner, nieces/nephews Kim (Alex) Stratmann, Matt Andresen, Chris (Amanda) Andresen, her furry babies Camo, Bullwinkle, Rocky and numerous aunts, cousins and many friends.

Sandra is preceded in death by her father Jay Pearsall, brother Richard Pearsall, father-in-law Clayton Meyers, brother-in-law Rick Andresen.
