Robert Kubal, 73, of Winner, SD passed away on Friday, November 7, 2014 at the Winner Regional Long Term Care Facility in Winner, SD. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Winner, SD. Burial will follow in the Winner City Cemetery. Bob was born in Delmont SD on May 15, 1941 to James and Mary (Soukup) Kubal. He attended school in Geddes, Wagner, Lake Andes, Marty, and Mission where he completed 8th grade. He joined the Navy in 1958. Bob worked at several jobs including welding, carpenter and driving truck. Bob married JoDean Frank on April 3, 1982 in Winner, SD. Bob is survived by his wife JoDean, Children; Geri, Robert and Jason. Grandchildren; Drake, Angel and one great grandchild, sisters; Blanche Smith, Mary Anderson, Deloris Kubal and Hattie Flynn, brothers John Kubal and Laddie Kubal and many nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, sisters; Dorothy Flynn, Stella McKenzie and Charlene Gollnick, brothers; Charles Kubal and James J. Kubal.
