Patricia Ann Fiebelkorn Pravecek came into this world on September 11, 1948 at 5:35 PM in Burke, South Dakota to Vila Giedd Fiebelkorn and Chris Fiebelkorn.  She was the oldest of five siblings.  She was baptized and confirmed into the Lutheran faith as a child, but when she married David Lee Pravecek she conformed to the Catholic faith.  Patricia was baptized into the Catholic faith on January 17, 1969 and was confirmed on January 19, 1969.

Patricia earned her nursing degree in Alliance, Nebraska in September of 1968.  She and David were united in marriage on January 25, 1969, and together they built a beautiful life, welcoming two sons: Dennie Lee Pravecek, born September 25, 1969, and Michael Tane Pravecek, born July 18, 1971.

Patricia dedicated several years to caring for others as a nurse at the Winner Clinic.  Later, she chose to work alongside her husband on the family farm, where she created many cherished memories cutting and raking hay.  She had a remarkable artistic talent and loved painting, scrapbooking and transforming old pieces of furniture into beautiful treasurers.  She found joy in breathing new life into forgotten items.

Patricia also loved reading, researching her family history, and preserving treasured memories through genealogy  She was an exceptional cook and took great pride in canning and preparing meals for those she loved.  More than anything, she believed in gathering family around the kitchen table.  She made it a priority for everyone to come together, share a meal, and enjoy each other's company.  Feeding her family and filling her home with love was one of her greatest joys.

Patricia is lovingly survived by her devoted husband David; her sons, Dennie (Christy Nix) and Michael; her grandchildren, MeKayla (Jarrod) Preheim, Madysen (Dustin) Lehr, Dausyn Pravecek, and Tane Pravecek; and her great-grandchildren, Casen, Cooper, Cambree, and Conrad.  She is also survived by her sister, Sandy (Ron) Lauer; her brothers, Paul (Sarah), Mark (Barb), and David (Sue); as well as several beloved nephews and two nieces: Rachel (Jonathan) Larsen and Christi Moore.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents, several beloved aunts and uncles, and her father-in-law and mother-in-law.
