Chad Moser, 52, of Winner, SD passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024 at his home in Winner surrounded by his family.  A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 10:30AM at the Winner Methodist Church in Winner, SD.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.

Chad was born on February, 11, 1972 to Henry and Teresa (Coyle) Moser in Winner, South Dakota.  Chad was the youngest of the nine siblings, with five older brothers and 3 older sisters.

Chad graduated from Winner High School and began working construction shortly after.  Chad worked with his brother Wade and completed many jobs together.

Chad had Austin and Aspen Moser with Darci Swenson.  They married in July of 1995.  Together they had one child, Layne while married.  They divorced in 2006.  Chad then married Vicki Deutsch on June 11, 2011.  They enjoyed the patio in the back yard watering flowers and drinking coffee all hours of the day.  Chad was a hard worker and always stayed busy with something.  He enjoyed collecting and shooting guns.  Chad was very crafty and always did such nice work.  He began a laser engraving business in 2022.

He was a simple man, white shirt, blue jeans and a pair of nike cortez shoes is what you'd catch him wearing most days.

Chad is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Teresa Moser and wife Vicki.

Chad is survived by his 3 children; Austin (Jill) Moser, Aspen (Jon) Moser, Layne Moser, 6 grandchildren; Keegen, Bentley, Kamden, Hazel, Karter and Zaylee.  Chad is also survived by his siblings Mary Jo (Steve) Skalland, Alan (Chris) Moser, Kevin (Lisa) Moser, Cindy (Charlie) Bennett, Todd (Tammi) Moser, Wade (Esther)  Moser, Keith (Jane) Moser, Roxann (Roger) Heinzman and many nieces and nephews and friends.
