Thelma Sell, 79, passed away on Monday, July 12, 2010, at the Avera Rosebud Country Care Center in Gregory, SD.

Thelma was born April 29, 1931 at Jamison, Nebraska to Emanuel Schrader and Beulah (Bennett) Schrader she grew up and lived there until marrying Clarence Sell Jr. on October 22, 1959. They lived for a short time on a ranch in the Keyapaha, South Dakota area until 1964 when they moved to their present home on the ranch near Mission, South Dakota.

Thelma enjoyed gardening, needle work, cooking in her kitchen and visiting with her family and friends at family reunions.

She is survived by her husband Clarence, her sons Randy, Brad and Mike of Mission, SD her sisters Geraldine (Sonny) Feyereisen of Gregory, SD Carol (Pat) Feyereisen of Iona, SD Delores (Donald) Novotny of Winner, SD, and her brothers Laverne (Myrna), Gregory, SD, Steve Schrader, Duane Shrader and Danny Schrader of Jamison, Nebraska, and Ivan (Mary) Schrader of Mitchell, SD and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Thelma was preceded in death by her parents Emanuel and Beulah Schrader, her sister Virginia (Gilbert) Frank, her brothers Dale Schrader, Harlan Schrader, Orlin Schrader, and Larry Schrader.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 14, 2010, from 5-7 p.m. at the Mason Funeral Home in Winner, SD. Burial will be in the Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD, on Thursday, July 15, 2010.
