Margaret Enders, 99, of Watertown, SD, and formerly of Winner, SD, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2010 at the Stoney Brook Suites Assisted Living in Watertown, SD.

Margaret Esther (Matthews) Enders was born on May 11, 1910, to Oscar and Vera (Comstock) Matthews in Pisgah, Iowa.

Margaret worked for many years with the soil conservation service,Winner Advocate, and worked until her retirement with the Tripp County Register of Deeds Office.

She was athe pianist and longtime trustee of the Winner Episcopal Church. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star.

She was married to E.L. Dutch Enders.

Margaret is survived by her son Joey (Rose) Enders, Jeniso, MI, her daughter Jana (Paul) Kemp, Mitchell, SD, her brother Albert Matthews, Sun City, CA, and grandchildren Amy and Aaron Kemp.

She is preceded in death by her husband E.L. Dutch in 1963, her brothers Stanley, Ver, Benjamin and John, and her sister Alyce Matthews McCall.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 18, at the Winner Cemetery in Winner, SD.
